Carbogen Amcis has appointed Stephan Fritschi, who is currently serving as the company’s Chief Alliance Officer and Deputy CEO, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Fritschi will take on his new role at the pharmaceutical process development and active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing company in April, following the departure of current CEO Pascal Villemagne.

Commenting on his latest venture, Fritschi said: “I am honoured to take on this role and lead Carbogen Amcis into the future. I look forward to collaborating with the team to continue the progress we have made and to build on the foundations laid by my predecessor, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our customers, employees and stakeholders.”
