The King’s Fund has appointed Siva Anandaciva as Director of Policy, Events and Partnerships

The King’s Fund has appointed Siva Anandaciva, its current Chief Analyst, as Director of Policy, Events and Partnerships.

Anandaciva, who is expected to take up the role in the coming months, was previously Head of Analysis at NHS Providers, the membership body for NHS trusts and foundation trusts, and has also worked on medicines policy and urgent and emergency care in the Department of Health in England.

Alongside his current role at The King’s Fund, Anandaciva serves as a Member of the Office of Health Economics policy committee and the steering group of the BRACE Rapid Evaluation Centre. He will also be joining Barts Health NHS Trust in January 2025 as an Associate Non-Executive Director.

Commenting on his latest venture, Anandaciva said: “I’m really pleased to be starting my new position at The King’s Fund at this incredibly important time for the health and care system… I’m looking forward to continuing to work with brilliant colleagues, stakeholders and partners throughout the health and care sector over the coming years.”
